After arriving on the DC-8 I made my way into the terminal to check in for flight 114 to Denver. The inbound aircraft was at the gate, having already arrived from Honolulu. I took the opportunity to snap a photo of the jumbo. Luckily, this was one of several United 747s with aircraft names, so later I was able to tie up the registration. I hadn't yet discovered aircraft tail numbers - that was still a couple years off.
