I made a trip back to southern Massachusettes to visit my Dad in August 2013. I found decent fares on US Airways so I took advantage of the situation and booked the roundtrip via different connecting cities for different plane-watching venues.
Both connections were also 3+ hours which is nice twofold: looser connections and more plane watching time.
The flight to Charlotte was pleasant despite being initially assigned a middle seat. A while into the flight the young lady in the window seat offered her seat to me for the duration of the flight. What a nice gesture.
