After spending the better part of 30+ hours or so at IAH, my next leg was up to DFW, though I almost didn't fly on this flight. Once I boarded they announced the flight was overbooked and asked for volunteers to give up their seats. I was a volunteer, and deplaned. As it turned out, I was allowed to reboard and we headed up to DFW.
