After the fiasco of getting from San Francisco via one Frontier flight (the A320) versus the two Frontier flights (two A319s) I originally booked, I was in Denver so I'd be able to catch my
Frontier flight to LAX Sunday morning. Flight was uneventful and after landing I was able to get the shuttle to the rental car center pretty quickly. Weather was sort of cloudy
but thankfully it improved over the course of the day.
After getting the car and a quick bite at Burger King I headed up to Imperial Hill for plane photography for the rest of the day. Wouldn't you know it, the weather became splendid
and to the excitement of all present, ALL the A380s that departed that afternoon did so off 25L! What a great way to spend a mid-October afternoon. Once it got dark I headed East to
get home.
