This short one-day trip to Denver was to see Jeff Lynne's ELO in concert. I'd purchased 1st-row VIP ticket in late 2017 when they became available so I'd been anticipating this trip for some time.
The concert and VIP experience was absolutely great...what I hoped it'd be. This didn't include meeting the band, but that's OK. It was nice to see and hear Jeff Lynne performing all the expected ELO hits as well as a few others. Two thumbs up!
After the concert it was but a short walk back to Union Station for the train back to the airport. Thankfully a restaurant in the station was still open so I could grab something to drink and a salad to eat along the way.
Once through TSA in the Great Hall at DIA, I made my way to A Concourse for the night to try and catch a nap. My flight was an early morning departure back home to Phoenix and once home I was able to head to work for the day.
