The fifth segment of this trip was the ultra-long haul return to Newark early on the morning of December 6th. After spending most of the day in Terminal 1 watching planes and then a couple hours in the T3
Transit Hotel getting cleaned up and taking a short nap, I made my way down the long concourse to gate 15. This was the same gate I'd departed from back in January 2017 on SQ #32 to SFO.
Below is my photo of A350-941 9V-SGA at Singapore prior to my flight to Newark.

During pushback I noticed 787-10 9V-SCC...the 787 that I was on to/from Perth this trip.
