After arriving LAX from Newark aboard the United 787-10 N14001, I got something to eat at Panda Express in T8. The window tinting is very dark and at night it is even more difficult to see the planes out the
windows. I was still able to make a few photos of N14001 at the gate. After eating, I made my way to the Tom Bradley Int'l Terminal to see what late-night flights were departing. I got to see some nice planes then settled down for the night at the north end of the TBIT.
I needed to be up pretty early for my 5:15am departure to PHX. I wandered over to T1 and waited in line a couple minutes before TSA opened. There was a considerable line already formed up but TSA was pretty quick about
getting us inspected and on our way.
Below is my photo of Southwest 737-7H4 N706SW at PHX after arrival from LAX. Seen from the Air Train station atop T4.
This is one of the oldest 737-700s flying and is line number 24 of this generation of 737s. She was
delivered to Southwest Airlines on 31 May 1998.
