After spending the previous afternoon birding along the beach and inland for a few hours, I stayed at the Adelaide Airport Motel for the night. I'd booked two days in tropical Townsville so I needed to be up very early for my 6am flight to Brisbane then the connection to Townsville.
Below is my photo of Qantas 737-838(W) VH-VXS "St. Helens" at Adelaide prior to boarding for Brisbane. VXS is wearing "old colors" version of QF paint scheme.
