During the week I made plans to fly aboard American Airline's new A321neo from Orlando to Phoenix. At this time there is only one in
service with American and it is operating a daily PHX-MCO-PHX roundtrip. I bought a ticket on Frontier Airlines
to get to Orlando via Denver. I used Alaska miles to fly in coach on the AA A321neo.
With a 5am departure to Denver, getting to the Phoenix airport is an early-in-the-morning event for me. I arrived about 3am, parked the car,
and walked to Terminal 3 from West Economy. TSA was virtually empty so I was the only one in the queue to
get scanned at that moment.
Below is my photo of N346FR, Al The Roadrunner, at PHX gate F1. Al is operating the flight to DEN this
Saturday morning.
Below is a photo of N346FR at Denver operating the next flight, to Tucson. Roadrunners live in the desert Southwest!
