For most of the sightings, the Altitude / Azimuth entry is the "maximum altitude" prediction, although I usually watch the ISS pass for as long as possible.

The left-most image above from the Heavens Above Website shows the orbit re-boost that took place during early June 2011.
This accounts for the minor timing discrepancies I noted during observations on the 12/13 June 2011.
Also take note of the considerably higher orbit now that Space Shuttle missions are no longer a factor.
From my vantage, the International Space Station passed southwest to northeast (R-to-L) near the Hyades and below the Pleaides on the morning of August 3rd, 2010.

The ISS made a nice morning twilight flyby on September 29, 2010. The 12-second exposure below shows the space station near Orion, with the waning gibbous moon, Aldebaran and the Hyades cluster visible as well.
